  1. No hidden charge. Our flat rates are fixed except cases with high percent gold occlusion.
  2. No extra charges for emergency rush case
  3. If dentist's office is less than 30 minutes away, we will personally deliver.
  4. The lab will supply shipping for both ways (for USPS pickup 1-800-222-1811 or http://www.usps.com, Rout Messengers 215-203-1912/215-342-6570 for PA, DE and NJ or http://routemessengers.com/)
  5. If express mail is requested, there will be an additional shipping charge
  6. If technical problems were from the lab, remake crown will not be charged
  7. Crowns are guaranteed for one (1) year
  8. If crown has to be removed for root canal or recession, the lab will not be responsible
  9. Our turn-around time is between 5-9 business days. If shorter turn-around time is required please notify our lab promptly
  10. Warranty all crowns and bridges finish in USA by TRAN DENTAL LAB
